Jax India Fest 2012 invites you to participate in the third Jax India Fest on March 24, 2012 at the Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville.   The event is from 1pm to 10pm.

The purpose of Jax India Fest is to foster cultural awareness of India and its people among the North-east Florida community.  As a vendor or exhibitor at this event, you will have an excellent forum to present your products, services and messages to the thriving Indian community.  In fact, this event also attracts a large group of Americans.

Jax India Fest has become a very popular event that attracts a large number of people from all walks of life to celebrate the rich Indian culture and heritage.  In 2009, the first year of the event, about three thousand people came out to celebrate Jax India Fest.  In 2010 we had turnout of over six thousand people and this year we expect the turnout to be more than eight thousand.

The event will have fifty-plus booths from a variety of regional Indian organizations and businesses that cater to the local population.  The booths will be of authentic Indian cuisine, traditional Indian dresses, traditional Indian jewelry, and Indian art.  In addition, traditional Indian folk and classical dances will be performed.  The eve of the event will culminate in musical extravaganza, which will include the popular Garba, Bhangra and Bollywood music in which everyone participates.
